How do I get more strangers to find me?”

It’s:

What’s the lowest-hanging fruit to get the result I want?

When there’s a dip in the schedule, owners often assume the answer is more marketing.

Sometimes that’s true.

But often, the fastest win is sitting in your existing patient base.

People who already know you.
Already trust you.
Already got results from you.
Already paid you once.

That group is almost always easier to reactivate than trying to turn a brand-new stranger into a paying patient fast.

That doesn’t mean new lead generation doesn’t matter.

It means when you need movement now, you start with the people most likely to say yes again.

That’s the low-hanging fruit.

Ask Better Questions, Get Faster Answers

One of the biggest takeaways from this episode has nothing to do with one tactic.

It’s the filter.

If you can’t ask me directly what to do in your situation, ask yourself:

What is the easiest, fastest, most available path to the result I want right now?

That question alone will save you from wasting time.

Because under pressure, owners tend to overcomplicate things. They look for the sexy answer. The advanced funnel. The new software. The paid campaign.

Meanwhile, the real answer is often much simpler.

A text.
A call.
An email.
A reactivation push to the people who already trust you.

Simple doesn’t mean small.

Simple means fast.

One Channel Is Not a Strategy

A lot of owners “do outreach” once and then tell themselves it didn’t work.

They make one call.
Or send one email.
Or leave one voicemail.

That’s not follow-up.

That’s wishful thinking.

If someone doesn’t answer the phone, the next move isn’t to shrug and move on. The next move is to use another channel. And then another. And then circle back again later.

This episode reinforces something I’ve said a lot over the years:

If you only make one attempt through one channel, you are leaving money on the table.

And not a little.

A lot.

Staying in Front of Past Patients Is a Growth Strategy

This is also why staying in front of past patients matters so much.

Email matters.
Texts matter.
Phone calls matter.
Social media can help too.

If someone has already trusted you once, your job is not to disappear and hope they remember you when life flares up again.

Your job is to stay relevant enough that when they need help, you are still the first name that comes to mind.

That’s not being annoying.

That’s running a business intelligently.
