Today’s guest is Gene Shirokobrod, PT of updocmedia.com, and the focus of the show is on the “Scalability” of this business model… that is, can a cash-based practice scale up to multiple clinicians and locations?
The short answer is that “they already have!” We discuss scalability and why I think it’s not only possible, but why we will see many more practices doing so in the future and how I plan to do so with my own private-pay practice.
